Potomac, the 4th most affluent and 7th most educated town in the US, according to some surveys, covers a wide territory. With the Potomac River on one side, much of the housing is on 2+ acres and it is a great area to find large estate homes. There are just a few townhome and condo developments scattered around the area. From around 1960 on, many large subdivisions of varying sized homes were built offering today’s buyers a nice selection of homes across many price ranges. The Village is at the intersection of River Road and Falls Road and nearby there are many local parks and also Great Falls National Park.
