The Homes and Advice team was founded by Jay and Susan Schuck in 1978. Several years later Greg and Steve joined up with them and since that time buyers and sellers have enjoyed getting personal service from a family that lives by the words - Our Success Starts with Your Success.
Unlike many team agents, our goal has always been to offer personal service, not being #1 in Potomac, #1 in Bethesda, or #1 in Maryland. So as we grow, we have our dedicated group of professionals focusing on the behind the scenes chores so we can stay intimately involved with the big details of making your plans work. We don't have listing coordinators, because that is what we do. We don't want you working with less experienced buyer agents because we know that getting good advice when you see properties is the first step in making a good decision when you buy properties.
Instead, we have help doing tasks that can be done better by someone else and we stay focused on you. So you will see people like Karen and Sandy do the staging, Sean and David do the photography, your flyers will be done by Rob, your just listed cards will be designed and sent out by Lauren and team, display ads will be done by Betty and we are just getting started. All this help allows us to be ready to help you when you need it. We also have great resources for all your housing needs including carpet cleaners, window washers, painters, contractors, plumbers, electricians, home inspectors, lenders, termite inspectors, settlement attorneys, and often many more people.
