School Information for the DC Metro Area

In Fairfax County VA the public school system educates over 174,000 children and is the largest in Virginia and was the 12th largest in the US in 2010.  There are approximately 139 elementary schools, 22 middle schools, and 21 high schools.  www.fcps.edu is the County’s site that is loaded with school-by-school statistics and other helpful information.
